Our Story
In the summer of 2006, God began to stir in the hearts of Pastor David and Amy and a small group of people a desire to plant a different kind of church in Fayetteville. The vision was to start a culturally relevant church with a casual atmosphere that would connect with the younger families of our community. Following God's plan, this dream began to develop through the hard work of many people. Whitewater Church launched September 7, 2008 in Whitewater Middle School. In August, 2009 Whitewater church moved into our first permanent building located at 1144 Hwy 92 S, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
God has already blessed our church with 17 beautiful acres in South Fayetteville. This will be the location of our future campus, which will include a student center, a worship center, and a family life building. Our property is located at 399 Bernhard Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215.
